How involved is the otoplasty procedure?

It is a minor surgical procedure and of short duration (2 hours approximately). During this surgery, cartilage or skin may be trimmed to make the ears smaller. Ears that protrude too much from the head can be fastened with internal sutures. This surgery is performed on an outpatient basis
